My recruiting career began in the ICT space over a decade ago, where I worked in an agency environment before making the shift to the internal side of things; joining the Telecom group and subsequently other iconic NZ companies. I have also worked extensively across Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Management to the CXO and Director level within New Zealand.
I’ve worked with a wide range of organisations from the smaller, niche boutique to some of New Zealand’s largest corporations. My experience covers BAU recruitment, specialist project and search assignments, graduate recruitment programmes, restructure activity, outplacement support, talent mapping and potential development, psychometric profiling, coaching, professional development and more.
I’m certified in The Wave, SHL, and Hogan’s psychometric testing and love getting involved with feedback sessions with clients and candidates alike.
Role at RWA
In my role as a Talent Manager at RWA I have my finger on the pulse of the Technology & Digital market and spend my days proactively sourcing talent that is not easily found. My goal is to build long term relationships with talent while matching them into the best jobs/companies.
I truly believe that the right role can be life changing. I’m passionate about aligning top calibre talent with exciting environments. Life’s too short to be in a place you’re not being valued, or not adding value, in my opinion.
When I’m not moonlighting as a recruiter you’ll find me running around (literally) with my three sons and Vizsla, Jed – probably on a hike, at the markets or eating something delicious (bit of a health foodie).
