The Opportunity
Description:

We’re looking for a personable, passionate System Application Specialist to join Skyline, who champions teamwork, continuous development, and high-quality support across its digital systems.

As the go-to person for daily application support, you’ll help users troubleshoot issues, boost their confidence in using systems, and ensure they get the most out of the technology driving the business. This role goes beyond technical problem-solving — it’s about fostering strong relationships, offering support and guidance, and becoming a trusted ally to internal teams.

Day to day of role:
  • Assisting users with key systems by troubleshooting problems, responding to inquiries, and spotting opportunities for enhancement
  • Collaborating closely with IT and Product teams to maintain smooth system performance and deliver reliable support
  • Delivering user training and developing easy-to-understand guides and documentation
  • Handling help desk requests efficiently while analyzing recurring issues to inform improvements
  • Engaging in testing new functionalities and supporting system upgrades and updates
  • Actively contributing ideas and efforts to optimize digital tools and streamline workflows
  • Monitoring system performance and user feedback to proactively address potential challenges
  • Supporting change management initiatives to ensure the successful adoption of new technologies
