Originally established as a traditional consulting business in 2000, RWA was formally developed in 2007 to bring a sharper focus to IT recruitment and people solutions. Our journey has been shaped by decades of real-world experience in recruitment and contract resourcing solutions that continues to guide everything we do. We take a pragmatic, people-first approach, helping clients unlock tangible business value while supporting professionals to thrive in their careers.
Leadership transitions over the years, including the 2018 handover from founders Mike Hogg and Denis Parkinson, have allowed us to evolve while staying true to the values that shaped us: integrity, insight, and long-term relationships.

In response to the shifting needs of our clients, we have expanded to offer specialist recruitment in the finance and security sectors bringing the same people-centric, results-driven approach to these growing areas.
Another of our key ambitions is to extend our presence across more cities throughout New Zealand, by expanding into regions such as Canterbury, Otago, and beyond, we aim to provide more businesses with direct access to top-tier talent and give job seekers the benefit of local support backed by national reach. We believe being present in the communities we serve allows us to build deeper relationships, respond more effectively to regional needs, and create tailored solutions that reflect the unique character of each market.
