The Do
As the Network & Cybersecurity Team Lead, you’ll report directly to the Head of Operations and take charge of a skilled technical team. You’ll balance strategic input with hands-on technical leadership ensuring exceptional service delivery today while future-proofing for tomorrow.
  
Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and mentoring a small team of engineers
• Overseeing day-to-day management of OT and IT network, operations, and managed services clients
• Acting as a senior technical escalation point across networking, cybersecurity, wireless, voice, and core infrastructure
• Owning the roadmap for automation, AI/ML integration, and SDN solutions
• Building strong technical relationships with vendors
• Leading solution design, pre-sales support, and successful deployments of OT/IT networks and cybersecurity solutions.

The You
You’re a seasoned Network & Security Engineer ready to step into formal leadership or already in a similar role, seeking greater impact. You stay sharp on emerging tech and can translate strategy into practical results.
  
What you’ll bring:

• Fortinet certifications (essential)
• Broad experience across networking, cybersecurity, wireless, voice, and infrastructure
• A track record in managed services (MSP or ISP environments)
• Strong communication skills - this role is client-facing and collaborative
• A passion for innovation, automation, and continuous improvement
