We’re on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst (process-focused) to play a key role in an exciting Digital investment project.

This is your chance to work at the heart of a multi-year transformation, shaping how business customers refix their term loans via a seamless digital experience. The discovery phase is already underway, and we need an experienced SBA to help us define the roadmap and drive the process solution forward.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Partnering with the CXO and Solution Architect to document and shape the solution for a large-scale, complex digital project.
• Leading discovery sessions to map existing and future-state business processes.
• Documenting functional and non-functional requirements with a sharp focus on customer and business outcomes.
• Collaborating across teams and systems to identify dependencies and integration points.
• Producing high-quality deliverables to support squad mobilisation in Q3.

What You Bring
✔️ Strong experience as a Process Analyst or Senior Business Analyst, ideally within digital or financial services.
✔️ Ability to operate confidently in complex environments with multiple systems and stakeholders.
✔️ Excellent facilitation and documentation skills – from process maps to requirements specs.
✔️ Background in business lending or loan product processes is a bonus (but not essential).
✔️ Strategic thinking paired with a practical, delivery-focused mindset.
