The Opportunity
About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex remediation and regulatory-driven programs within a large insurance environment. This role is critical in delivering customer, financial, and compliance remediation initiatives, ensuring outcomes are fair, timely, and aligned with regulatory and business expectations.
You will work closely with senior stakeholders across Risk, Compliance, Legal, Finance, Operations, and Technology, managing end-to-end delivery of remediation programs from planning through execution and closure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, timelines, and governance frameworks
  • Partner with Risk, Compliance, Legal, and Finance to ensure regulatory obligations and remediation outcomes are met
  • Manage dependencies across multiple workstreams, vendors, and internal teams
  • Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and controls
  • Provide clear, executive-level reporting and insights to senior leadership and steering committees
  • Ensure strong change management, documentation, and audit-ready delivery standards
About You
  • Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager delivering remediation programs within insurance, banking, or financial services
  • Strong understanding of financial remediation, customer outcomes, and regulatory expectations
  • Demonstrated experience working in highly regulated environments
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at senior and executive levels
  • Strong governance, risk, and control mindset
  • Comfortable managing ambiguity, tight timeframes, and complex delivery landscapes
Qualifications & Experience
  • Extensive project management experience within insurance or broader financial services
  • Experience delivering remediation initiatives related to regulatory findings, customer impacts, or operational risk
  • Formal project management qualifications (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, or equivalent) desirable
  • Experience working with regulators or responding to regulatory reviews is highly regarded
