The Role

The Opportunity
We are seeking an experienced Process Business Analyst with strong Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) experience for an initial 6-7 week contract, with the potential to extend.

This engagement will focus on reviewing current workload, documenting processes, and assessing delivery effort, while supporting a broader organisational push toward automation and AI enablement.
About the Role This is a hands-on engagement requiring a pragmatic and delivery-focused BA who can quickly assess the current state, identify inefficiencies, and provide clear, structured documentation to support future optimisation.

You will play a key role in:
  • Reviewing and analysing existing GRC-related workloads and activities
  • Mapping and documenting current-state processes
  • Assessing effort, capacity, and resource allocation
  • Identifying opportunities for automation and AI integration
  • Providing structured insights to support decision-making and prioritisation
  • Recommending process improvements aligned with risk and compliance frameworks
Key Skills & Experience
  • Proven experience as a Process Business Analyst
  • Strong background in Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) environments is MUST
  • Demonstrated experience in process mapping, documentation, and effort estimation
  • Ability to assess operational workload and identify optimisation opportunities
  • Exposure to automation initiatives and/or AI-driven process improvement
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
  • Ability to work autonomously in a short-term, high-impact engagement
