The Opportunity
We are partnering with a well-established, New Zealand-owned technology services provider delivering secure, scalable, outcome-focused IT solutions. With a strong go-to-market foundation already in place, the business is now entering its next phase of growth, focused on execution, consistency, and scalable revenue performance.
This is an opportunity to join a high-performing, close-knit team in a role that combines strategic influence with hands-on sales leadership.
Key Responsibilities
Generate, progress, and close new business opportunities
Lead complex, multi-stakeholder sales engagements end-to-end
Consistently deliver a minimum of 8 qualified meetings per month
Strengthen and optimize the existing sales process
Coach and support business development resources
Refine target segments, value propositions, and service positioning
Provide accurate pipeline visibility and commercial insight
Collaborate with technical teams to shape Microsoft 365, Azure, on-prem and cyber security-led solutions
Contribute to proposals, tenders, and customer presentations
Ideal experience includes
Proven success in B2B technology or IT services sales
Experience selling Microsoft 365, Azure, infrastructure and/or cyber security solutions
Confidence leading complex solution-based sales cycles
Strong stakeholder engagement and presentation capability
A collaborative, structured, and growth-oriented mindset
Success Measures
Consistent generation of qualified pipeline
$80k MRR in new-logo revenue within 18 months
Improved win rates and increased average deal size
Strong adoption of sales tools and process discipline
