We’re working with a leading organisation in the automotive sector to deliver a high-impact AI initiative, and are looking for an experienced Content Designer to help bring it to life.
This role will focus on building content for an AI-powered FAQ agent, designed to support customer membership queries. You’ll work closely with Product, CX, Marketing, and an in-house AI Developer to identify common customer questions and turn them into clear, structured, and conversational content optimised for AI retrieval.
What you’ll be doing:
Identify and define key customer FAQs alongside CX and Marketing teams
Write clear, concise, and customer-friendly responses
Structure content for use in a chatbot / virtual agent environment
Collaborate closely with Product and AI teams to deliver a working solution quickly
What we’re looking for:
Experience in Content Design, UX Writing, or similar
Strong ability to simplify complex information into clear, user-friendly content
Experience working with knowledge bases, chatbots, or virtual agents (highly desirable)
Comfortable working at pace in a hands-on, delivery-focused environment
