About the Role
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to join a large enterprise organisation delivering technology and security transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to gather, analyse, and document business and technical requirements
- Develop user stories, process maps, requirements documentation, and acceptance criteria
- Analyse current business processes and identify opportunities for improvement, automation, and efficiency gains
- Partner with technical teams to support solution design, delivery, and implementation activities
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and act as the key link between business and technology teams
- Support testing, solution validation, and successful project delivery outcomes
- Contribute to governance, risk management, and continuous improvement initiatives
- 5+ years' experience as a Business Analyst within complex enterprise environments
- Strong experience delivering large-scale technology or security-related projects
- Proven ability to gather requirements, map business processes, and produce high-quality BA artefacts
- Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience working alongside technical teams
- Experience working within Agile delivery environments
- Ability to manage competing priorities and operate effectively in fast-paced organisations
- Must have valid New Zealand work authorization
