The Role
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Senior Systems Engineer to join a dynamic operations team. Reporting to the Technical Director and Operations Manager, you will act as the final escalation point for complex technical issues and lead the seamless delivery of infrastructure projects.
This rewarding role combines remote work with active on-site client engagement, where you will take ownership of escalated technical support issues, deliver high-quality resolutions, and create clear technical documentation. Requirements
The successful candidate will bring a robust, proactive mindset along with the following attributes:
- Deep, demonstrated knowledge and experience with Microsoft 365 and Azure configuration, delivery, and support.
- Solid, practical understanding of Network and cloud networking, alongside current IT security trends.
- Broad, comprehensive familiarity with diverse IT hardware options and vendor solutions.
- Three or more years of proven engineering experience within a senior support or similar technical capacity.
- Highly valued experience within a Managed Service Provider model, showing a sharp ability to identify billable and non-billable hours accurately.
- Strong communication skills with a natural ability to build enduring, trusted client relationships.
- Strong technical initiative and a talent for thinking outside the box to troubleshoot deep seated problems.
