The Opportunity
Looking for an experienced Lead Engineer who has experience taking a product from 0 to 1. You will be instrumental in defining our engineering culture. You will work side-by-side with the Founder, shipping high-velocity code and solving deep product problems daily.

- Backend: Either Javascript, Typescript, Java, Go or similar languages with Postgres, NATS.
- Frontend: HTMX, Tailwind, Shadcn.
- DevOps: Google Kubernetes Engine (GKE).
- You have 3-5+ years of experience leading teams in high-paced software environments.
- You care more about customer outcomes than "pure" code perfection.
- You want to escape the bureaucracy of large corps and actually ship.
- You are capable of autonomy—you can take a vague requirement and turn it into a deployed feature.
