About the Opportunity Due to a significant project spike, we are seeking a seasoned Senior IT Project Manager for an initial 6-month contract based in Wellington. This is a delivery-focused, strategic role where your exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills will take center stage. You will not be required to be hands-on with the technical details; instead, you will leverage a highly capable team of technical experts to navigate complexity and drive successful outcomes.

The Projects You will be joining a robust PMO of 26 team members, driving a broad range of large-scale initiatives currently at the Initiation, Seed, and Business Casing stages. Key projects include:

• Client and vendor portal implementations.
• Financial system upgrades and deployments.
• Complex digital, product, and data platform initiatives.

About You We are looking for a vibrant, highly engaging professional with a proven track record of navigating complex environments and managing multiple business stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you must have:

• Strictly 10+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager delivering digital and platform projects.
• Exceptional, concise communication skills with the absolute confidence to present effectively to executives, senior leaders, and Steering Committees.
• A vibrant personality with top-tier relationship-building capabilities.
• The ability to seamlessly lead a room and leverage technical resources to deliver project milestones.
• Note: Salesforce/CRM experience is welcomed but not critical for this specific portfolio.
