I’ve worked in IT recruitment for quite some time, both here in New Zealand and internationally. Early on, I was a 360 Recruitment Consultant covering the US and Indian markets, which gave me great insight into how hiring works across different regions. Over the years, I’ve built strong relationships with tech professionals and developed a solid understanding of what motivates them. With a background in HR, I focus on making real, lasting connections with candidates.
Since joining RWA, I’ve grown into my current role as Senior Talent Manager. I manage the full recruitment process - connecting great people with great opportunities and making sure candidates feel supported throughout. I also build and nurture talent pools to help us stay ahead of hiring needs. It’s about more than just filling roles - it’s about helping RWA grow with the right people on board.
Outside of work, I have a keen passion for outdoor adventures and have been fortunate to explore nearly 90% of New Zealand’s diverse and breathtaking regions. My love for discovery constantly drives me to uncover new hidden gems locally. In addition to my travels, I am an avid follower of international cricket and stay well-informed on global political developments, enriching my perspective beyond just exploration.
