With over 15 years of experience in finance, I bring a strong background in both financial management and operational support to my role as Finance Officer here at RWA. I began my career in the manufacturing industry as an administrator and have worked my way up the ladder, which has given me a solid grounding in business operations.
Over the past five years in the recruitment industry, I’ve continued to grow and adapt and I’m proud of the opportunities I’ve had at RWA to expand my skill set and contribute to the wider success of the business. I’m responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the company, with a focus on creating smooth internal systems that help our team do their best work. I’m passionate about building RWA to support great outcomes for both our team and our clients.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me exploring New Zealand (or the world!), spending time with my family and my ever-expanding horde of nieces and nephews or being towed along a west auckland beach by my dog, Tex.
