Prior to working in recruitment, I worked in IT sales as an account manager, which kickstarted my passion for IT and building relationships. I have always done my best to go above and beyond to ensure my clients get the best possible results. My experience in navigating complex client needs and delivering tailored IT solutions honed my ability to understand and meet expectations, which I now apply to connect top IT talent with opportunities that align perfectly with their skills and ambitions.
Starting as part of RWA’s talent team, I immersed myself in the recruitment process, learning the intricacies of sourcing and matching top IT talent. Transitioning to a 360 recruiter, I now excel in both client consulting and candidate management, building strong partnerships with businesses and professionals across the IT sector. When I’m not working, I’m usually at the gym, challenging myself with new goals. I also enjoy catching up with mates for a BBQ or watching sports, my favourites are Rugby (Springboks) and Basketball (Los Angeles Clippers).
