Get to know me

I’ve worked in recruitment for over 20 years, mostly within the IT and telecommunications space. During that time, I’ve held a variety of senior roles from hands-on consulting through to managing, training, and coaching recruitment teams. I’ve been lucky to work with a wide range of public and private sector clients and have built strong, long-term relationships by supporting them through every step of the hiring process.

In my role as Principal Consultant, I work with both new and established clients to get a solid understanding of their business and what they need in their people. I also spend a lot of time with experienced candidates, in both contract and permanent roles, helping them find opportunities that really fit where they want to go in their careers. One of the best parts of my job is working with RWA’s fantastic Talent team; they’re great at finding those hard-to-find candidates, and together we focus on delivering a great experience for everyone we work with.

With the kids having left home, I’ve found more time to get back into golf and cycling, and I enjoy spending time in the Bay of Plenty. I also have a bit of a thing for mid-century architecture and enjoy collecting retro furniture, lamps, and ceramics.
