With over 30 years of sales and service delivery experience in the ICT industry, I’ve been able to build up an extensive network of management level relationships across the sector, from vendors and integrators to enterprise organisations. My career has been varied, with my interests leading me to specialise in private and virtualised datacentre solutions, digital transformation, security and innovation, and now, recruitment.
When I joined the team at RWA, I brought with me a unique combination of deep technical knowledge and a broad network across the IT and security sectors - ranging from CxO-level executives to engineers and consultants. Early on, we identified a gap in the market for a recruitment service led by people with a genuine understanding of cybersecurity.
With over two decades dedicated specifically to this field, I was well positioned to lead that initiative. Since then, we’ve grown RWA into one of the largest cybersecurity recruitment teams in New Zealand. With a strong track record of delivering the right resources for enterprise security projects and compliance-driven roles, we've become a trusted partner for organisations seeking top-tier security talent.
As an empty nester I now enjoy spending quality time with family and friends. With a network of foreign based friends, it's the perfect excuse to explore the world with expat guides. So, you'll find me planning, booking or enjoying faraway lands whenever time and finances allow.
