I started my career in the fast-paced tech industry in the US, where I was fortunate to be part of the early growth journey of a rapidly scaling organisation as one of the company’s first employees. Being involved during a period of significant expansion gave me firsthand experience in building teams, developing relationships, and understanding what great talent looks like in high-growth environments. From there, I moved into agency recruitment specialising in technology, partnering with professionals across software development, infrastructure, and project services.
In 2023, I made the move to New Zealand and brought my passion for tech recruitment into the Kiwi market. Since then, I’ve worked closely with IT professionals and organisations across the country, helping connect talented people with opportunities where they can genuinely thrive. Now at RWA as a Talent Manager, I focus on building strong relationships with candidates across the technology space. I enjoy getting to know what motivates people, understanding the bigger picture behind a hire, and helping businesses build teams that make an impact.
Outside of work, you’ll usually find me making the most of the Canterbury outdoors. I love hiking, backpacking, and exploring local huts and trails around the South Island. When I’m not out on a weekend adventure, I’m often rock climbing, planning my next trip, or catching up with friends over good food and drinks.
