People fall into recruitment and this is exactly what happened to me. I transitioned from tech sales to tech recruitment at the start of 2022. This shift felt natural, given my innate ability to connect with people. Since then, I've discovered my true calling and found immense satisfaction in the recruitment industry. I am a big believer in ‘things happen for a reason’ and my career experiences over the years have nicely set me up for success in recruitment.
As a Client Consultant at RWA Technology People, my responsibilities are divided between client engagement and business development. Our collaborative model allows me to work closely with experienced Talent Managers who assist in sourcing top-tier candidates. Together, we ensure that our clients are presented with professionals who not only possess the right skills but also align with their organizational culture.
I prioritize honest and transparent conversations with both clients and candidates. My passion lies in problem-solving, earning me the moniker "the solutions lady."
Outside of my professional life, I am a dedicated mother, with my daughter being my foremost priority. I'm an avid sports enthusiast, with a particular fondness for the Warriors—ever hopeful that this might be our year! Additionally, I have a deep appreciation for culinary experiences. For me, joy is found in the simple pleasures: family, fun times, and good food.
