A proud Wellingtonian who has recently discovered the joy of no wind on the Kapiti coast, I have a strong history of delivering recruitment services to a range of organisations and across a range of disciplines.
I am a bit of a rare bird in the industry. While I have spent the bulk of my 20-year career in Tech and Digital, I've recruited across most role types in my time, from Accountancy and Finance to contact centre and volume projects. I have managed large and remote teams and have been responsible for delivering a range of operational and system improvements. I have extensive management experience and a fundamental knowledge of recruitment that allows delivery of exceptional outcomes.
Alongside recruitment, I’ve managed businesses, led significant projects, and held P&L ownership. I’ve hired (and fired), navigated complex challenges, and understand the many drivers that influence recruitment decisions. At heart, I love making problems go away and creating scalable solutions that genuinely work.
I used to have hobbies and do things like Brazilian jiu-jitsu and travel, but I now have two young daughters and find every excuse to spend time with them. I recently had a 2am tea party with fairies under a toad stool and couldn’t have been happier.
