Having grown up throughout and worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa, and the Far East, I am fortunate enough to now call Wanaka home. This supports my role at RWA, allowing me to spend 1–2 weeks each month travelling across key cities and towns, partnering with clients to support their technology and executive hiring needs.
I’m a career agency recruiter with deep international experience. I began in London with a focus on Corporate & Financial Communications Executive Search, then moved to Auckland in 2008 to help launch the New Zealand office of a major UK-listed recruitment firm. There, I led the Sales & Marketing division, growing it into a leading mid-to-senior level practice across permanent and contract hiring. From here I wanted to find some
new challenges, so I moved to Asia, first to Shanghai, then to Hong Kong. My five years there included leadership roles with the region’s top recruitment businesses and later a US firm undergoing a major turnaround, where I rebuilt multi-disciplinary teams across Sales, Marketing, Technology, HR, Supply Chain, and Executive Search.
Returning to New Zealand in 2018, I led APAC for a UK-based governance consulting firm before joining RWA—my dream role. I now focus on expanding our South Island technology presence while also managing C-suite search assignments nationwide.
Outside of work, I enjoy Wanaka’s lifestyle—skiing, swimming, hiking—and stay involved in rugby and cricket as a passionate youth coach.
