After graduating from Otago University in 2018 with a BSc in Computer Science and Mathematics, I began my career in the tech space with a strong technical foundation and a curiosity for how things connect - systems, people, and ideas. That curiosity soon led me to talent management, where I found my sweet spot: helping talented professionals navigate their careers and find opportunities that genuinely align with their goals.
At RWA, I specialise in the Technology & Digital market, with a strong focus on software developers and software architects - the people building the tools, platforms, and systems that power innovation. I’m especially passionate about uncovering top talent that often flies under the radar. Whether I’m working with engineers, tech leads, or digital professionals, I take a relationship-first approach, getting to know the person behind the CV and understanding what really matters to them. I’m known for being open, straight-up, and always ready for a chat (preferably over good coffee or a weekend sports update).
