What You'll Be Doing:
- Build & Grow Your Desk – Take ownership of a specialist IT recruitment function, leveraging RWA’s brand and network.
- Business Development – Develop new client relationships while maintaining and growing existing accounts.
- Candidate Engagement – Source, attract, and manage top IT talent across various domains.
- Market Leadership – Establish yourself as a trusted expert by staying up to date with tech trends and attending industry events.
- End-to-End Recruitment – Manage the full recruitment process, ensuring a seamless experience for both clients and candidates.
- Proven IT Recruitment Experience – Minimum of 2+ years in IT recruitment with a successful track record.
- Business Development Skills – A natural ability to win and grow client relationships.
- Resilience & Drive – Self-motivated with the ambition to build and scale a high-performing desk.
- Tech Market Knowledge – A strong understanding of the IT sector and hiring challenges.
