About the Role This is a hands-on and highly technical role where you’ll support and lead key IT initiatives across the business. You’ll be part of a close-knit team delivering robust, secure, and scalable network and systems solutions — both on-premises and in the cloud.
You’ll be the go-to expert for infrastructure support and improvement, ensuring their people and operations have reliable systems to keep the fun rolling.
What You’ll Be Doing - Administer and support core infrastructure systems — including Windows Servers, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and virtualisation platforms.
- Deliver Level 2 and Level 3 technical support for system-related incidents, service requests, and escalations.
- Plan, implement, and maintain backup and disaster recovery solutions across on-prem and cloud environments.
- Lead infrastructure improvements and project implementations across new and existing sites.
- Maintain clear and comprehensive technical documentation, including system configurations and operational procedures.
- Monitor and maintain system performance, availability, and security using industry tools and best practices.
- Assist with occasional network tasks, including basic troubleshooting of switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless infrastructure.
- Collaborate with vendors and partners on procurement and integration of new technologies.
- Participate in after-hours support, upgrades, and system maintenance when required.
What You’ll Bring - 5–7+ years of IT experience in infrastructure or system/network engineering.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to manage complex environments independently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.

- Ability to work across multiple priorities and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
Technical Skills & Experience: - Windows Server and the Microsoft stack (365, Azure)
- Virtualisation (e.g. VMware, Hyper-V)
- Routing and Switching, Firewalls, and VPNs
- Backup and recovery solutions (on-prem and cloud-based)
- System and network monitoring tools
Qualifications Essential: - CCNA or equivalent certification
- Proven experience with Microsoft infrastructure and networking
Nice to Have: - Azure PaaS experience
- CCNP, NSE5, or similar advanced certifications
