We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Architect/Developer to support the AgentForce project by supplementing the current Salesforce team’s capacity. This role is critical in ensuring the successful delivery of multiple strategic initiatives, including internal training, testing frameworks, cost attribution modelling, and Einstein integration.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a key contributor to Salesforce architecture and development activities across the AgentForce project.
• Supplement and support existing team members, particularly to free up the internal Salesforce SME for upskilling and high-priority focus areas.
• Assist in the development and testing of new AgentForce functionality within Salesforce, including the use of CRM data and Einstein features.
• Co-design testing frameworks and guardrails to ensure scalable and observable platform usage.
• Participate in regular (daily/weekly) collaboration calls with the Salesforce platform team.
• Engage with stakeholders to align on roadmap expectations, delivery timelines, and dynamic work prioritisation.
• Help troubleshoot and refine use cases related to CRM-integrated bot functionality.
• Provide technical guidance and best practice recommendations around Salesforce functional engineering and Einstein layer understanding.

Key Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer and/or Architect.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM, including platform capabilities and customisation.
• Experience with Salesforce Einstein or AI-driven tools within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Comfortable with testing methodologies, framework design, and observability principles.
• Strong communication skills with experience in stakeholder engagement and working within cross-functional teams.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Nice to Have:

• Experience with cost modelling and attribution frameworks.
• Familiarity with chatbot or virtual agent development within Salesforce.
• Previous involvement in agile project delivery or dynamic workloads.
• Telco Experience
