The Opportunity
The Role: As a Senior member of the engineering team, you will take ownership of the full development lifecycle—from initial requirements capture and architectural design to implementation, debugging, and testing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Architect & Design: Develop and implement high-quality electronic and computer-based systems for diverse customer requirements and internal R&D.
      
  • Technical Leadership: Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, fostering a culture of technical growth and capability.
      
  • Customer Interaction: Act as a technical bridge for our sales team and customers, participating in meetings, preparing demos, and explaining complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
      
  • Strategic Input: Work closely with technical leadership to identify and develop reusable intellectual property and technical assets.
  • Quality & Process: Apply sound development methodologies, including configuration management, defect tracking, and robust verification/testing.
Technical Requirements Must-Have:
  • Embedded C Mastery: Expert-level software development in C is essential.
  • Wireless Expertise: A strong, fundamental understanding of Wi-Fi and Bluetooth stacks.
  • Connectivity Protocols: Experience with various connectivity protocols (knowledge of Qualcomm audio protocols is a significant advantage).
Nice-to-Have:
  • Automation: Validation and testing experience using Python.
  • App Dev: Exposure to Flutter for mobile application development.
  • Hardware: Background in hardware design and digital/analogue electronics.  
  • QA Focused: Experience following structured engineering processes and a strong "Quality First" mindset.
Profile & Experience
  • Experience: Minimum of 3–5 years in a reputable product-based company.
  • Adaptability: Proven ability to work in fast-paced demo or prototype environments.
  • Delivery Focused: You understand the pace of project contracting and the importance of meeting agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Communication: You are a confident communicator who can lead customers through technical challenges and balance engineering depth with client interaction.
