We are currently seeking an experienced Senior Business Analyst to join a high-profile transformation programme based in Auckland. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a large-scale initiative currently in the Discovery & Design phase, where your expertise will help shape future-state solutions

Key Responsibilities
- Lead requirements gathering and stakeholder workshops
- Translate business needs into clear solution designs
- Support CRM initiatives across Salesforce and/or Pega
- Contribute to data migration and integration workstreams
- Strong experience as a Senior Business Analyst in transformation programmes
- Exposure to Salesforce (Financial Services Cloud preferred or Sales/Service Cloud) and/or Pega
- Knowledge of customer onboarding, CDD, and KYC processes
- Experience with data migration & integration projects
- Ability to work in fast-paced, evolving environments
