Prior Experience
Before joining RWA, I worked in government then most recently the IT recruitment space specialising in Cloud and infrastructure where I was connecting talented people with organisations that value both skill and personality. I bring experience in fast-paced agency environments and a knack for understanding what makes tech professionals tick—because I’m genuinely curious, and always up for a good problem to solve.

Role at RWA
I’m proud to be helping launch RWA’s Christchurch presence! My focus is on building trusted relationships with both candidates and clients across the Canterbury region. I care deeply about inclusive hiring practices, and I love working with people who think differently within an innovative environment.

About Me
I bring energy, empathy, and a touch of cheekiness to everything I do which usually results in a good laugh. I’m passionate about neurodiversity in the workplace and believe that the best teams are built when we make space for everyone to thrive. Outside of work, you’ll find me exploring Ōtautahi, dancing, watching a Crusaders game with a cold beer, or camping in my favourite spot, Ashley Gorge.
