About the job We are seeking an experienced Programme Coordinator to support our client on an initial 3-month contract. This role requires someone who is highly organised, detail-focused, and confident working within structured delivery environments, particularly across financial services and risk-related programmes.
About the role You will play a key role within a major frauds and scams uplift programme, providing coordination, governance support, and documentation to enable smooth delivery across multiple workstreams. Working closely with the Head of Delivery, you will manage programme rhythms, support governance forums, and ensure stakeholders remain aligned through accurate reporting, tracking, and communication.
This role is ideal for someone who excels in programme administration, creating high-quality governance packs, capturing detailed minutes, and maintaining RAID and financial tracking. You will act as the central point of coordination, helping the programme operate efficiently and transparently.
Key Responsibilities - Provide day-to-day coordination support across the frauds and scams programme.
- Prepare high-quality steerco packs, reporting, and documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Support programme governance including RAID logs, action tracking, financial monitoring, and milestone updates.
- Take clear and concise minutes during governance forums, documenting decisions, actions, and dependencies.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, coordinate workshops, and support communication flows.
- Work closely with the Head of Delivery, operational teams, and technology partners.
- Ensure programme artefacts remain accurate, structured, and audit-ready.
About You - Proven experience as a Programme Coordinator, Project Coordinator, PMO Analyst, or similar role within financial services.
- Strong background preparing steerco packs, status updates, and structured reporting.
- Confident minute taker who can capture key decisions and distil complex discussions.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to work to tight timeframes.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Able to operate in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Available to start immediately or at short notice.
- Comfortable working 3 days per week on-site at North Wharf, including either Monday or Friday.
