We are seeking a Data Engineer to join a leading technology organisation to join their roster in Auckland. The role is going to focus a lot more towards working on data that will be used for AI – organising data before the waterfall process. We’re looking for someone very strong in SQL – MySQL, NoSQL, and practice of applying AI is needed.

  
What you’ll need to succeed:

• In-depth knowledge of SQL and/or other database solutions
• Experience of applying data to AI is a must
• Proficiency with data warehousing and ETL tools
• Experience working in a variety of data tools (Snowflake & DBT is a plus but not required)
• Be able to translate business requirements into conceptual and logical data models
• Strong experience working with various local stakeholders to build the requirements
