Amelia gives us an insight into who she is and what she does, her views on how the IT industry has changed, and gives IT professionals some great advice.

 

About Amelia

Amelia recently celebrated five years at RWA. In that time, she’s interviewed and placed hundreds of candidates, renovated her house, and had two children. While RWA recruits positions across the IT industry, Amelia’s specialty is in the project management and business analysis space. The technology sector has changed a lot since Amelia first joined RWA, and clients’ demands have gotten more and more specific as the sector has grown. Despite that, Amelia still has a great affection for the IT industry, and loves to be inspired by some of the amazing projects that people work on.
