e’re pleased to announce that RWA Technology People is the inaugural winner of the Human Resources Institute of New Zealand’s (HRINZ) Recruitment Excellence award, at last night’s NZHR Awards!
This is the first time that the NZHR Awards have had a specific category for recruitment. We’re incredibly proud to be the first winners of this award. We would like to extend a huge thank you to the judges for choosing us to win, our amazing team for their hard work and dedication, and our clients and candidates for making it all possible.
At RWA, we’ve been on a journey for the past two years to try and change the perception of the recruitment industry, putting a range of initiatives in place aimed at delivering truly excellent service. Our goal is to provide our clients and candidates with useful resources and unmatched accessibility to recruiters, and everything from our business strategy to the structure of our team is built around this objective.
After winning the SEEK Annual Recruitment Award for Most Innovative Agency of the Year in November, and we felt this award was a chance to be measured against other industries. We’re delighted to come out on top and it’s great to win an award that is so closely aligned to what we stand for as an organisation. Our team are so proud of the role they play in making a difference to people’s lives, and this is a great way to reward their commitment.
Congratulations to all of the other winners and a big hand to the finalists in each of the categories; it was fantastic to celebrate your excellence and achievement within the HR and Recruitment community.
