Your responsibilities include but not limited to

• Provide senior-level support for day-to-day IT operations across servers, endpoints, networks, and cloud services
• Act as an escalation point for complex technical issues and incidents
• Ensure high availability, performance, and security of IT systems and services
• Support and maintain virtualised environments, storage platforms, and core networking infrastructure
• Design and deploy IT systems, including servers, storage, and networking solutions.
• Participate in the selection and implementation of new technologies to enhance and improve IT infrastructure.

Essential

• Proven experience in a senior IT engineering or infrastructure role
• Strong hands-on experience with the Microsoft ecosystem (M365, Azure, Intune, SCCM)
• Solid understanding of virtualisation, storage, networking, and security principles
• Experience supporting enterprise IT environments in a production setting
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Experience using Jira and Confluence in an IT or technical environment

Desirable

• Advanced Jira workflows, automation, or reporting experience
• Azure certifications or Microsoft infrastructure certifications
• Scripting or automation experience 
• Experience leading or mentoring junior IT staff
