As an L1/L2 Support Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of our client’s networks. You will be responsible for providing 24/7 support, troubleshooting network issues, and implementing effective solutions to maintain high availability and reliability. Responsibilities:
- Provide round-the-clock support for network-related incidents, including troubleshooting and resolution within defined SLAs.
- Conduct routine network maintenance activities like configurations, upgrades, and patches.
- Proactively monitor network performance and identify potential issues, implementing preventive measures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement network designs, enhancements, and infrastructure upgrades.
- Maintain accurate documentation of network configurations, changes, and incident resolutions.
- Participate in on-call rotations and respond promptly to emergency situations.
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as a Network Engineer.
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, routing, switching, and security technologies.
- Need to have experience working for an MSP
- Proficient in configuring and troubleshooting network devices, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers.
- Experience with network monitoring tools and techniques to ensure optimal performance.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients.
- Certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are highly desirable.
