I started my career in the technical side of cybersecurity, spending around five years working in penetration testing and application security. During that time, I gained a strong understanding of how technology teams operate, the challenges they face, and what it takes to build secure systems. That experience helps me relate to technical professionals on a deeper level and understand the skills and mindset needed to succeed in this space.
Today, I bring that knowledge into my role as a Talent Manager at RWA. My focus is on connecting the right people with the right opportunities, making sure both candidates and clients find a strong long-term fit. For me, recruitment is about more than filling roles - it’s about listening, understanding motivations, and supporting people through their career journeys.
Outside of work, I like to stay active by playing badminton, practising yoga, and keeping a regular stretching routine. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, and I have a strong interest in geopolitics, which keeps me engaged with global events and broadens my perspective beyond day-to-day life.
